The WarioWare series is notorious for its Mario parodies and this little bonus game hidden in the Game Boy Advance's WarioWare, Inc.: Mega Microgame$ is no challenge to the fact.
I'm cringing in grabby-ecstasy at this title as I don't own it. YET. Hah, I've been on a WarioWare high for the past half year and my love of Dr. Mario will never die out. The idea of two insanely addictive elements fusing together is pure bliss to me. I am definitely on the look-out for this Game Boy Advance title almost solely for Dr. Wario!

Ah, I remember that unlockable in the first Wario Ware game. 
I loved it.
Surprsingly it wasn't really a "mini-game," it was a nearly perfect recreation of the NES version of Dr. Mario.
The onley differences being a few edited sprites, only the "Chill" music avalaible during play, (No "Fever music" oddly) no 2PL mode, as well as a shorter bottle, in order to fit on the GBA's screen. But regardless of the minor changes, it felt like I was playing the original NES game, regardless of the Wario make-over.
This makes me wanna play it again.
